Dear Pin Trader,
Due to the ever-increasing success of Pin Trading at Disneyland
Resort Paris, and because of the large demand for pins via
Mail Order, we have decided to create a new procedure which
we hope will allow you to continue to enjoy the best service
from this unique business.
In order to best serve the maximum number of collectors,
particularly when buying Limited Edition Pins via Mail Order,
we have decided to put in place, from the beginning of February
2004, the following procedures:
1. A new email address has been set up:
dlp.pintrading.mail.order@disney.com
reserved exclusively for ordering pins via Mail Order.
2. Only 100 examples of each new Limited Edition pin are
going to be available to be purchased via Mail Order.
3. Each individual order will be limited to 2 Limited Edition
Pins, and this will be per person, per order. However, we
are still not having any limit on the sale of Open Editions
Pins.
4. Orders will only be processed from the first day of each
month ( which is the date on which we can be sure of the new
forthcoming releases). The subject field of any email
order should be "Order of Pins for the month of [ongoing
month].
5. The Mail Order Team will reply to you within 3 working
days following receipt of the first orders, accompanied by
an order number confirming that your request is being treated.
6. Should we be unable to honor your request due to being
out of stock, a message will be sent to you by the Mail Order
Team within 5 days.
7. Any Pins ordered will be sent out within 5 days from the
date of their release (although please note that Disneyland
Resort Paris cannot be responsible for any delays due to the
postal services).
We hope that these new guidelines will allow us to make the
ordering system easier, to allow us to reply to you faster
and to continue to offer the hight quality service that the
Mail Order Team provide for ordering Pins.
