A new Limited Edition pin will be released each month throughout 2006. This Limited Edition pin celebrates animated short, "Flowers and Trees." Originally begun as a black and white cartoon, this Silly Symphony cartoon was finished in color at Walt Disney's insistence. He believed color would greatly enhance animation. The first animated short in color was released on July 30, 1932. This pin features an image of Walt Disney with a scene from "Flowers and Trees."
