Registration will be available on line beginning Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. PT.
The number of event packages is limited and will be available on a first-come, first served basis.
All event product will be pre-sold and assigned randomly by the Disney Merchandise System, managed by Disney Information Technology.
Random Selection Forms (RSP) will be mailed to registered event guests beginning April 4, 2004 and must be returned to Walt Disney Event Services on or before May 4, 2004.
Quantities are limited and only available while supplies last. Please be advised that some items may not be available the day of the event. All Sales are final.
Guests must check-in at the event in person and provide photo ID to pick up their packets and merchandise.

Beginning on Tuesday, March 9, special room rates will be available at DISNEY'S CORONADO SPRINGS Resort for ADVENTURES IN PIN TRADING Package Holders. Details will follow.
Rooms are subject to availability; special room rates do not include tax, parking or event admission.

Q: What is the Harambe PINGALA Dinner Party?
A: Disney's Adventures in Pin Trading culminates in the Harambe PinGala where Pin Traders come together to meet, greet and compete for the coveted title of Ultimate PinVenturer.

World-renowned adventures, with the aid of our own Donald Duck, will prepare you for your adventure in Harambe, an East African port city, which has all the mystery and enchantment to attract thousands of adventurous humans. As you will make your way to the streets of Harambe for dinner and exclusive entertainment, you begin your final expedition that will culminate in the presentation of the world's ultimate PinVenturer. Surrounded by explorers from around the globe as well as your favorite Disney Character friends, this will be an adventure you will not soon forget.

Throughout dinner you will the opportunity to complete your Challenges of Skill & Knowledge. Those who successfully complete these tasks will be in the running to win the ultimate treasure trove of pins by being named PinVenturer of the Year!
