Costume Guidelines for Nightmare Before Christmas Event held at the Disneyland® Resort on October 30, 2002

Costumes must adhere to all safety guidelines as designated solely by the Disneyland® Resort ("Disney") including, but not limited to, not restricting freedom of vision or movement while walking, or be made of highly flammable materials.
The Guest's face must be visible at all times. No masks are permitted.

Costumes may not be worn that:

Present violent, horrific, or frightening images;

May be perceived as presenting a particular political or religious perspective that may be considered offensive;

Are salacious or otherwise immodest;

Represent or parody Disney characters or copyrighted characters of other studios;

Represent celebrities or political figures; or

In general could be considered offensive or inappropriate by any of Disney's Guests.

If any costume does not adhere to Disney's costume guidelines or requirements, the Guest wearing such costume shall not be allowed to attend the event and such Guest's event ticket will be refunded.
Disneyland® Resort Security Cast Members will solely determine if costumes meet the above listed criteria and any other requirements for costumes and such personnel shall have final approval of all costumes as Guests enter Disneyland® park on the day of the event.
