"Dream-tacular" Pins

As part of Disney's Pin Celebration 2007, a "dream-tacular" collection of Limited Edition pins will be released. Following the success of last year's event pins, WDW has placed these pins into three separate categories:

Dream Attractions - See what "hapPins" when the world famous Disney characters and friends take over Disney attractions

Dream Roles - Imagine what "hapPins" when the world famous Disney characters assume their dream roles.

Dreams Come True - Dreams "hapPin" to come true for the world famous Disney characters.
There will be several Framed Sets (including a Figment-themed set that Figment fans will love), boxed pin sets and a mystery tin collection.

*Disney's Pin Celebration 2007 is a private, hard-ticket event that will be held in Epcot® during regular park hours. Theme Park admission to Epcot® is not included in the price of event admission, but is required for attendance.

IS THERE A SPECIAL "EARLY REGISTRATION" PIN?

A: Guests that register before or on June 9, 2007 will receive one (1) special Limited Edition pin just for booking early! The Limited Edition pin will be distributed at event registration. The edition size for this pin is 1047.

WHERE AND WHEN WILL EARLY REGISTRATION TAKE PLACE FOR THE EVENT?

A: Early registration for pre-registered event Guests will take place at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort - Convention Center on Thursday, September 6 from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. During this time, Guests can pick up their pre-purchased merchandise as well as receive their event welcome packet. Event Guests can also attend a special edition of Mickey's Pin Trading Night from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Convention Center.

If Guests are unable to attend the early registration on September 6, they can pick up their merchandise and their welcome packets on Friday, September 7 at Epcot® - World ShowPlace.

Mickey's Pin Trading Night - Special Edition

As part of early registration for Disney's Pin Celebration 2007, WDW will be hosting a special edition of Mickey's Pin Trading Night. This will be the first opportunity for Guests attending Disney's Pin Celebration 2007 to meet each other. A special "Event Guest Only" area will be set up next to the merchandise pick-up area at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort - Convention Center. This area will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Registered Event Guests must show their event credentials to access the area.

From 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., non-event Guests will be invited to trade in this area. WDW kindly asks that event- and nonevent Guests limit their bags and books to one per Guest. This will ensure that all Guests will have a fair and equitable space to trade.

I AM A DISNEY CAST MEMBER. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

A: Disney Cast Members do not receive a discount on the Event Package price. Eligible Cast Members may receive a discount on Event Merchandise only. Normal Cast Member merchandise discount guidelines apply; please refer to your Employee Policy Manual for questions regarding your merchandise discount. Disney Cast Members will need to send a copy of their valid Disney ID to Walt Disney Event Services. This copy can be sent via fax machine to 407-566-1387. Cast Members must fax a valid Disney ID by August 22, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific).

WHEN IS THE RANDOM SELECTION PROCESS (RSP) FORM DUE?

A: The Random Selection Process form is due on August 3, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific).

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO RETURN ITEMS?

A: The deadline to return merchandise at Disney's Pin Celebration 2007 is Friday, September 7, 2007 at 6:00 p.m.

WHAT IS THE SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR EVENT GUESTS ONLY?

A: An exclusive, special promotion will be held for event Guests only attending Disney's Pin Celebration 2007. Get one (1) Event Exclusive, Limited Edition pin for $3.00 for every $75.00* that you spend at Disney's Pin Celebration 2007.

Six (6) unique Limited Edition pins (currently lettered A-F) will be offered. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase up to one (1) Limited Edition pin for $3.00, per style for every $75 spent, up to $450 (only one of each of the (A) through (F) pins per qualifying Guest).* Additional pins may not be purchased. Following the event, any remaining special promotion pins will be destroyed, never to be offered again.

WHAT TIME WILL EPCOT® OPEN TO GUESTS?

A: Epcot® will open at 9:00 a.m. to all Guests. This includes the Main Entrance Front Gate and the International Gateway entrance.*

ARE STROLLERS, ECVs OR WHEELCHAIRS AVAILABLE FOR RENT?

A: Strollers, ECVs and wheelchairs are available to rent at the front of Epcot® - Main Entrance on a first come, first served basis. The International Gateway also rents strollers, ECVs and wheelchairs in limited quantities (also on a first come, first served basis).

IS ROLLING LUGGAGE ALLOWED IN THE THEME PARK?

A: Yes, rolling luggage is currently allowed in the theme park.

WHY WASN'T MY ROLLING LUGGAGE ALLOWED THE LAST TIME I VISITED THE THEME PARK?

A: On occasion, we may make adjustments to existing policies based on a variety of operational considerations.

COULD THE POLICY REGARDING ROLLING LUGGAGE CHANGE IN THE FUTURE?

A: We regularly evaluate our existing policies and may occasionally make adjustments based on a variety of operational considerations to ensure we are operating as effectively as possible.

WHERE CAN GUESTS ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE EVENT?

A: The Information Desk will be happy to answer all Guest questions. Guests may also ask any Cast Member at the event for assistance.

WILL NEW HIDDEN MICKEY PINS BE RELEASED AT THE EVENT?

A: Yes! Twelve new Hidden Mickey Pins will be released at the event. These 12 pins will feature brand new artwork and will be part of a larger collection of new Hidden Mickey Pins featuring brand new designs.

WHICH DISNEY PIN PARTNERS WILL BE ATTENDING THE EVENT?

A: WDW is excited to announce that the following Disney Pin Partners will be attending Disney's Pin Celebration 2007.

Guests will see a sneak preview of upcoming pins created for these Disney Destinations. For this year's Disney Pin Partners Area, Guests will be invited to participate in a Pursuit. Event Guests will receive a Disney Pin Partners Passport in their welcome packet. Guests will collect stamps at each of the Disney Pin Partners booths. Once all the stamps are collected, Event Guests should return to the Event Information booth to collect their final stamp and receive one (1) Limited Edition pin.

WHAT IS "IN THE PIN STUDIO - CONVERSATION WITH DISNEY PIN PARTNERS?"

A: Leaders from the Disney Pin Partners from around the world will gather for a conversation with Guests on Saturday, September 8, 2007 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This conversation will take place on the main stage in World ShowPlace at Epcot®. During this conversation, leaders will discuss new and exciting additions to the Disney Pin Trading experience around the world. There will also be a limited question and answer period for Guests.

WHAT ARE THE THREE GRAND PRIZES AT THIS EVENT?

A: Every registered Event Guest has been entered for a special drawing to be held on Saturday, September 8, 2007. In keeping with the theme of this event, we have created three dream-filled "grand prizes." Three lucky Guests will be selected to win one of these prize packages. The announcement will take place right after the Live Auction on Saturday, September 8, 2007. Event Guests do not need to be present to win.

WILL THERE BE TRADING ACTIVITIES AT THE EVENT?

A: Several themed trading activities will be held at this event. Guests will learn more about these activities when the Event opens on September 7, 2007.

WILL THERE BE TRADING OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN?

A: Children ages 3-12 will have an area specifically designed for them to have fun and trade. This area will feature a trading board and fun children's activities.
