I AM A DISNEY CAST MEMBER. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

A: Disney Cast Members do not receive a discount on the Event Package price. Eligible Cast Members may receive a discount on Event Merchandise only. Normal Cast Member merchandise discount guidelines apply; please refer to your Employee Policy Manual for questions regarding your merchandise discount. The deadline to send this fax is end of business day on August 26, 2005.

WHERE CAN GUESTS PICK UP HAPPIEST PIN CELEBRATION ON EARTH MERCHANDISE?

A: Preregistration and merchandise pick up will be held at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Convention Center on Thursday, September 8, 2005. Registration will take place between 12:00 noon and 7:00 p.m. At that time, Guests can check in, pick up your pin event merchandise, submit the Fourth Random Selection Process (RSP) form, and pin trade with other members of the Disney pin family. Disney Design Group Artists will be on hand to sign pins from 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO RETURN ITEMS?

A: All Happiest Pin Celebration On Earth event merchandise is refundable until 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 9. At that time, all sales are final.

WHAT TIME WILL EPCOT® OPEN TO GUESTS?

A: Epcot® will open at 9:00 am to all Guests. This includes the Main Entrance Front Gate and the International Gateway entrance.*

ARE STROLLERS, ECVs OR WHEELCHAIRS AVAILABLE FOR RENT?

A: Strollers, ECVs and wheelchairs are available to rent at the front of Epcot® - Main Entrance on a first come, first served basis. The International Gateway also rents strollers, ECVs and wheelchairs in limited quantities (also on a first come, first served basis).

WHERE CAN GUESTS ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE EVENT?

A: The Information Desk will be happy to answer all Guest questions. Guests may also ask any Cast Member at the event for assistance.

WILL THERE BE TRADING ACTIVITIES AT THE EVENT?

A: Yes! Following the success of themed trading activities at Disney's Pin Celebration 2004 - A Family Pin Gathering, Spectacle of Pins 2004, and Pin Route 498, we will continue themed trading activities.

WILL THERE BE TRADING OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN?

A: Yes! Children ages 3-12 will have an area specifically designed for them to have fun and trade. This area will feature a trading board and fun children's activities.

I HEARD THE CAST LANYARD SERIES IV PINS WILL DEBUT AT THE EVENT. IS THIS TRUE?

A: Yes! The Cast Lanyard Series pins have been a wonderful addition to the Disney Pin Trading experience. We will debut a small assortment of Series IV pins at the Disney's Pin Celebration. The remaining pins will be introduced throughout the remainder of 2005 and into 2006. By attending the event, you will get a sneak preview of the exciting new Cast Lanyard Series IV!

WHICH DISNEY DESIGN GROUP ARTISTS WILL BE SIGNING ITEMS DURING THE EVENT?

A: Disney Design Group Artists will be signing items at the Happiest Pin Celebration On Earth. As the event date gets closer, additional details on which artists will be shared.

WHAT FOOD AND BEVERAGE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE EVENT?

A: Each Guest will receive two (2) lunch coupons to use at Epcot® Counter Service Restaurants (details on which restaurants will be posted later). Guests will also attend a special Cake Celebration, which is a group function within the World Showplace pavilion.
