General Questions
Q: How do I pre-register?
A: Pre-registration will be held at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club
Resort Convention Center on Thursday, September 9, 2004. Registration
will take place between 12:00 noon and 7:00 pm. At that time, you
can check in, pick up your product, submit your 4th Random Selection
Process (RSP) form, and pin trade with other members of the Disney
pin family.
Q: What time can I get into
Epcot?
A: Epcot gates will open at 9:00 am to all Guests. This includes the
Main Entrance Front Gate and the International Gateway entrance.
Q: At the family reunion everyone
has different way of saying things. What are they really saying?
A: Here is a quick guide to understanding the Family Pin Gathering
lingo.
Family Information = Registration
Pin Swapping Area = Pin Trading Area

Q: Where can new relatives of the Disney Pin Trading family ask
questions at the event?
A: Family Check-in and Information will be happy to answer all the
eager new Disney pin family members' questions. You may also ask any
Cast Member at the reunion for assistance.
Q: Will ECVs and wheelchairs
be available for rent?
A: ECVs and wheelchairs are available to rent at the front of Epcot
- Main Entrance on a first come, first served basis. The International
Gateway also rents ECVs and wheelchairs in limited quantities (also
on a first come, first served basis).
Random Selection Process Questions
Q: Will the Random Selection
Process (RSP) forms be mailed out?
A:This year, for the first time ever, you will be able to complete
your RSP form on-line. Therefore the RSP forms will not be mailed
to your home. Walt Disney Event Services will contact you via e-mail
with instructions on how to complete RSP on-line. Once you receive
the e-mail, you will enter your registration code provided in the
e-mail from Walt Disney Event Services.
Q: If I don't arrive until
Saturday, can I still turn in my 4th Random Selection Process Form
(RSP)?
A: The 4th RSP deadline is Friday, September 10 at 6:00pm. Please
contact Walt Disney Event Services no later than Friday, September
3rd at 5:00 p.m. to submit an 4th RSP in advance.
Activities at Disney's Pin Celebration
Q: What opportunities are
there to trade?
A: There will be 10 "trading board" opportunities. However,
this year Disney is adding a little down-home spice to them! Some
boards will feature speed trading; some boards will feature mystery
trading; and some will be spinning trading boards. You won't want
to miss the fun!
Q: Will there be trading opportunities
for Children?
A: Yes! Children 12 and under will have an area specifically designed
for them to have fun and trade. This area will feature a trading board
and fun children's activities.

Q: What Food & Beverage
will be included in the event?
A: This year, each Guest will receive two lunch coupons to use at
any Epcot Counter Service Restaurant. Guests will also receive a delicious
dessert reception - Grandma's Sweets & Treats - which is a group
function within the World ShowPlace pavilion.
