| Ok less of an eventful day today!
Seems like this "pin" has been seen onboard ship...the 2002 S.S. Pin Trader!! S.S. Pin Traders were the group of Pin Traders that sailed with Micdan.com. P.S. Thanks to Howard of Condor Pins and to the S.S. Pin Traders Group for sharing these wonderful pins!! Ship Arrived in Nassau an hour later than expected.
No..we did not go scuba diving in the pool!!! The short version
is that we went Diving and Figgy found a Hidden Mickey!! Actually several! There
are 3 yellow circles on the tail end of the "Spotted Parrot Fish" But
about those darn pins... OK upon return to the ship it seems as though
they have boards posted with all the RSP results. Everyone anxiously talking about
..what did you get? Rumor has it that during
the mad rush last nite there were a few of the "Shipmates" pins on the
racks but they had disappeared in no time flat. Well after "Who wants to
be a Mousketter? Game / Show". This
was the first time I had an URGE to throw someone overboard here! <We Now Resume Our Regular Scheduled Programing> OK So after the big gameshow fiasco we checked out Mickey Mates Store to get our RSP pins. The lines were moving great. A Cast member had been assigned to take care of people who were working on their maps to stamp and give them the completer pin. Good Idea! Well everyone had to show the "photo ID" and then got go show off their goodies! Tonight trading was in full swing. Unfortunately Pin people are becoming more of an "afterthought" for the cruise as time goes on. We just lined up in the hallways and common areas to trade. Seems on this big ship there was just so much going on that there was no place for a pin meet. Well I don't have to tell you the "any flat surface is game " rule. Things were a bit cluttered but again everyone seemed in great spirits. Even last nites Mosh Pit at Mickey Mates was surprising. Yes it was crazy, yes it was crowded but everyone has remained really civil. With everyone out
shopping Nassau....it was a "lite" pin day. Tomorrow we hit Castaway
Cay ....that means MORE PINS! Oh and guess what?? That LE 2,000
Chip and Dale pin?? The bins are STILL FULL!! Limits are still in force! They
actually check off your name from the ships manifest. Hmmm..... could this be
a lesson? Follow limit rules and there are MORE than enough pins for everyone?
