All of the other designs will be found on both coasts. These new "Celebrate Me!" pins will be accepted for trade with Cast Members with or without the nameplate attached. The removable nameplate is the main reason as to why these pins will be accepted. The individual PVC nameplates will not be accepted for trade by themselves. This program is presently available at the Disneyland Resort and will be introduced next Thursday, October 9 at Disney's Pin Traders at the Walt Disney World Resort. The four Theme Parks at Walt Disney World Resort will have the program on October 10 with additional locations being introduced throughout October. |

Celebrate "you" with new "Create Your
Own" Disney pins. Personalize your own Disney pin in select locations
at Disneyland® Resort and Walt Disney World® Resort! Celebrate
friends and family or even yourself with a variety of Disney character
pins, names and phrases.
"Since the beginning of Disney Pin Trading, we've encouraged our Guests to personalize their Disney pin collection by choosing pins that have special meaning," said Julie Young, product developer for the Celebrate Me! Pin Personalization program. "With these new pins, Guests can now create a more unique personalized collection." Base pins will retail between $6.95 to $8.95 (plus tax). The PVC Nameplates will retail at $2.00 each (plus tax). "This new program draws inspiration from previous 'Create Your Own' items," said Steven Miller, Project Manager for Disney Pin Trading. "We introduced a 'Build-A-Pin' concept several years ago, and we current have a variety lanyard colors and lanyard medals that Guests can choose when displaying their pins." The base pins with removable PVC nameplates will be accepted for trade with or without the PVC insert attached. Individual PVC nameplates will not accepted for trade by themselves. Other "pre-printed" Disney Personalized pin will continue not be accepted for trade. Julie continued, "These new personalized pins will give all of our Guests something to celebrate, especially as Disney Parks get ready to ask our Guests 'what they will be celebrating' next year.
