Walt Disney World® Resort celebrates 35 Magical Years starting October 1, 2006. To commemorate this special occasion, a collection of Limited Edition pins titled "35 Magical Milestones" will be released starting August 13, 2006. This 36-pin collection celebrates moments, experiences or attractions from each of the 35 years of the Florida destination. Each pin will have an edition size of 2500. Five new pins will be released each week in anticipation of this magical anniversary. Pins will be released at the following locations:

1st Annual NFFC WORLD Convention

The National Fantasy Fan Club (NFFC) will be holding
its First Annual Convention in Orlando on September 29 thru October
1, 2006. The event will take place at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel.

Several authors of Disney-related books will be on hand signing copies. Registered conventioneers will be admitted one hour earlier than the general public. The Show and Sale will open to the public at 10:00 a.m. and concludes at 4:00 p.m. That evening, conventioneers will be attending the ‘Part of Your World' dinner. At least one Disney VIP will be at every table, offering attendees the chance to have a personal conversation about Disney history.
