Goofy commemorates the Adventureland® Attraction - Jungle Cruise in this Limited Edition pin. This attraction opened on July 17, 1955. Jungle Cruise was on of the most eagerly awaited attractions because of the extensive publicity given by Walt Disney on preopening television shows. first was the CM pin of the month. It is Mickey standing to a spinner.

The second was a lanyard/pin combo. The logo is a pirate

on Saturday, June 24 and Sunday, June 25. 2006.
Tom Tumbusch, President of Tomart Corporation, the publisher of Disneyana Update Magazine and the Pin Trading Guides, is pleased to announce that the 4th annual Dayton Disneyana/Pin Trading by the Pond event. This year's activities will again be hosted by the (Dayton) Plane Crazy Chapter of the NFFC, the club for disneyana enthusiasts. Like last year, Saturday will be primarily devoted to pin trading and games, but Disneyana vendors will be selling pins and collectibles from 11am-5pm with a special early bird admission at 9am. Drawings for prizes will take place every 30 minutes throughout the day. Sunday will be a strictly Disneyana show & sale of pins and other collectibles, scheduled from 10am-3pm, with space set aside for pin trading as available. A limited edition pin for the event will be available to purchase. All events will be held in the ballroom of the Holiday Inn South Dayton, 2455 Dryden Road, Dayton, Ohio 45439, adjacent to Exit 50 of Interstate 75. On Saturday, pin traders will have an opportunity to sign up, in small groups, to trade with a special pin board and meet Tom. Several different pin games will be scheduled throughout the day on Saturday, including last year’s popular white elephant LE pin game. There will also be a children's area like last year with a television for kids to watch Disney movies and cartoons and a coloring contest that will be judged by Ron Dias. Early bird admission is Saturday at 9am at a cost of $10 and the 1st 50 people will receive a complimentary event pin and goodie bag. Regular admission at 11am Saturday and on Sunday is $5. Attend both days for the same price. Children under 12 are free. NFFC members pay only $4 with valid ID. Parking is free. Vendor tables for Saturday or Sunday remain available at a cost of $45 for one table, additional tables at $20 each. $55 for both days with $20 per additional table. Disney Imagineering (WDI) will host an exclusive Cast Member/Employee
Pin Sale on the patio of the Big D diner at the WDI campus. Cast Members/Employees
may bring one guest.
During the sale, Cast Members may purchase exclusive, limited edition WDI pins and merchandise. There will also be a special Caribbean barbecue, opportunity drawing and a sale section featuring WDI and Disneyland® 50th Anniversary pins. A valid Resort ID must be presented to gain access to the WDI campus and must be present at all times during the visit. Cast Members should park in the visitor lot, located at 1401 Flower Street, Glendale CA 91201 and follow the posted signage to enter the campus.
