WDW Cast Adventure 2005 ~ Disney's Animal Kingdom

The month of February will be a very special one at Disney's Animal Kingdom! The park will be welcoming all Florida-based Cast Members for Cast Adventure 2005. What is Cast Adventure 2005? It's an opportunity for all Florida-based Cast (including Cast Members at Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park and Animal Programs) to have fun in the park, get a Cast-Exclusive pin and become eligible to win a fantastic grand prize. Cast Adventure 2005 at Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park February 1-28, 2005 Fifteen years ago--on February 1, 1990--the initial Walt Disney Imagineering Team who created the concept for and design of Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park was formed. All Florida-based Cast Members are invited to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park during the month of February with their family and friends one time without the visit counting on their Main Gate Pass. Cast Members who don't have a Main Gate Pass may bring one guest. When Cast Members arrive at Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, they need to stop by a Vacation Planner Booth (this applies to Cast Members with Silver Passes, too) and pick up their tickets and a special guide book. The next step is for Cast Members to enjoy (and get their guide book stamped) at least 4 of the following six attractions: Kilimanjaro Safaris, Dinosaur, Maharajah Jungle Trek, Festival of the Lion King Show, It's Tough to Be a Bug, and Rafiki's Planet Watch. Then, Cast Members need to take the Guide Book to Island Mercantile, where each Cast Member in the party will receive a Cast-Exclusive pin. Cast Members who have four stamps will have one chance to win a special grand prize. Cast Members who have all six stamps will have two chances to win the grand prize. (The prize package includes a weekend stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, participation in the new Disney's Animal Kingdom Wildlife Discovery Excursion, a backstage tour, Vacation Kingdom Dinner Coupons, and $100 Disney Dollars.)

If you received an e-mail regarding your Pin Route 498 RSP Code Number.....

......many people yesterday, after receiving some RSP Code e-mails, used codes that were not assigned specifically to them, but were assigned to someone else in their party. DO NOT use any other RSP code other than the one that is specifically assigned to your name. If you use another code, it will delete you from the system. You MUST call event services if: You did not receive an RSP Code e-mail for every member in the party you booked. It is imperative that the RSP Code be used only by the person it was assigned to. If you did not receive an e-mail for each person in your party, call event services at 407-827-7600 and they will send out the e-mails to those in your party who did not receive one. IF you completed an RSP already, and DID NOT use the code specifically assigned to your name, you must also call Event Services to rectify the problem.

Come join Stitch as he escapes on a magical adventure throughout the Magic Kingdom® Park. On Stitch's visit to the Magic Kingdom® Park, he manages to get into a little mischief while visiting attractions such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, Jungle Cruise and others. DLRP Surprise Pin

The fifth Mystery Pin in the Villains Mystery pins series from Disneyland Resort Paris was released yesterday. It features Captain Hook from Peter Pan. He's holding a spyglass or telescope and at his side are Mr. Smee and Tic Toc the crocodile. The background of the pin is yellow/orange. Hook is 3D. Back reads: ©Disney Disneyland Resort Paris ©Disney - Edition limitée. Individually numbered /900. The "Mystery Pin" logo is also on the back: a question mark with Mystery written above and Pins written below. Thanks Clement!!

DCA ~ Mickey's 75th Pin Quest Lanyard Pin
	This pin can only be found on Cast Member lanyards inside of DCA for the run of the Mickey's 75th Pin Quest and available while the Mickey statues are on display within the park.

	Here is a picture of the actual Finding Nemo Turtle Ride open edition pin released at WDW. The pin retails for $8.50.
