New for 2005 is Disneyland® Resort’s new
“Featured Artist” Collection. These Limited Edition Jumbo-sized
pins will be released each month featuring a different Disney Design
Group Artist. Each quarter the DLR will host one of the Featured Artist
for a special appearance.
This pin measures approximately 3" x 3" and includes the "Feature Artist" logo and Artist's signature back stamped. The pin is packaged in a beautiful display box and includes the Artist's bio and photograph. Cody's bio reads: "Once upon a time in a far away land called
New Jersey, a young boy, named Cody, dreamed of being a Disney Artist.
So he hopped on a magic carpet and went to the Ringling School of
Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. Upon graduation in 1995, Cody
was selected as a Character Artist intern with the Disney Design Group.
Now he lives happily ever after fulfilling his lifelong dream.....as
a Disney Artist!". |

The third Cast Pin Party of 2005 will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2005 from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the Disney's Animal Kingdom® Cast Services Building. This event is for Cast Members Only (please bring valid Walt Disney World® Resort ID to gain admission to the event). Cast Members with valid Walt Disney World® Resort ID will receive
one (1) coupon to purchase the Simba Cast Pin Party pin (Limited Edition
1500). Limit two (2) Pins per Cast Member.** Retail $5.00. (No discount,
must have valid Disney ID to purchase. Main Entrance/Silver Pass not
valid for purchase of pins)
Cast Members attending the event will receive one (1) randomly selected
Limited Edition "A-E Ticket" pin.** Each pin will have a
unique edition size and all of the pins will be present at the first

with a price increase of $0.45 per pin. The price increase has
yet to be instituted at the DLR.

Come join Stitch as he escapes on a magical adventure throughout the Magic Kingdom® Park. On Stitch's visit to the Magic Kingdom® Park, he manages to get into a little mischief while visiting attractions such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, Jungle Cruise and others. The Walt Disney World Pin Trading Team is proud to
announce the very first Walt Disney World Cast Member Create-A-Pin Contest.
Based on a best practice currently in use by our partners at the Disneyland®
Resort, the Cast Member Create-A-Pin Contest allows valued Walt Disney
World Cast Members to submit their design ideas for Disney pins.
Four winning pin designs will be selected based on originality, creativity, aesthetics, spirit, commercial value, glamour and simplicity. They will then be developed into Cast Exclusive pins available for sale at one of the upcoming 2005 Cast Pin Parties. For Cast Members to participate, simply attend the January 27th Cast Pin Party at Mickey’s Retreat or the February 17th Cast Pin Party at Downtown Disney – Cast Services Building to complete the official entry form. Or, download and complete the form on the Disney Team Portal. All entries must be submitted at the Downtown Disney Cast Pin Event by 4:00 p.m., February 17, 2005 or received by Steven A. Miller, Project Manager – Pin Trading, Maingate Merchandise, through interoffice mail by 4:00 p.m., February 17, 2005 to be considered. Only one entry per person. |

Standing at 199 feet, the Twilight Zone (TM) Tower of Terror is an incredible attraction. This decaying Hollywood hotel is located on Sunset Boulevard at the Disney-MGM Studios. Since its opening on July 22, 1994, the Hotel has seen quite a few Guests drop in. Take a piece of Disney History home with this Limited Edition pin.
The pin features Bellhop Goofy standing next to an open elevator shaft.
Inside the shaft, there is a piece of actual elevator cable from the
