 News from Tink's Summer Pin Quest!! |

The Smee Welcome
pin was not available and will be mailed to the Guests who attended
the event.
There was a Gift Pin Set given to attendees, which consisted of 6 pins ~ Smee, 2 pins of the Lost Boys, Hook, Peter Pan and Tink!! There will be at least 3 Jumbo
Pins released at WDW for the Olympics, each with an edition size of
750. One will feature the 1904 St. Louis Olympics and will have Donald,
Goofy and his nephews in 3 events. Another is the 1932 Lake Placid
Olympics featuring Goofy and the third is the 1996 Olympics at Atlanta
with Stitch.
The DLR will also have Jumbo
Pins, but no specifics are known. No release dates are known for any of the Jumbo pins as of yet. |

For the limited edition pins, wristbands will be distributed
entitling bearers to the opportunity to purchase up to TWO (2) of each
style. Wristbands for pins will be distributed on the day of release
one hour prior to the opening of Disneyland® Park in the West Esplanade
Tram Drop-off area located near the Guest Information Kiosk. Wristbands
will be distributed until noon or while supplies last.

A Cast Pin Party will be held on Thursday, July 15 for the Magic Kingdom hosted at Cast Connection (Property Control - located behind Magic Kingdom Cast Member Parking). The event will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Special trading activities will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Cast Members attending the event MUST park at the STOL Port and take a shuttle bus to the event. Parking will be strictly enforced. Admittance to the sale will not be allowed to anyone parking in the Magic Kingdom Cast Parking lot without a MK or College Student origin on their ID and going to work. The Magic Kingdom Cast Lot is for Cast Members going to work at the Magic Kingdom only. There will be the debut of the sixth pin in the Main Entrance Pass
series. This pin celebrates the Magic Kingdom Park and features Cinderella.
Cast Members with valid Walt Disney World ID will receive one (1) coupon to purchase the featured Cinderella Main Entrance Pass pin, edition size 2000. Limit two (2) Cinderella Main Entrance Pass Pins per Cast Member.** (Retail $5.00, no discount, must have valid Disney ID to purchase. Main Entrance / Silver Pass not valid for purchase of pins) Cast Members that attend the party will receive one (1) FREE blue Cinderella pin that can either stand alone or fit inside the Main Entrance Pass**. This FREE pin is a Limited Edition of 2000. However, there are a Limited Edition 10, gold Cinderella pins that will have a backstamp of "AP/10" ("AP" stands for "Artist Proof"). Each complimentary Cinderella pin is packaged in a black "polybag." As a Gift with Purchase, if you purchase two Main Entrance Passes, you get another chance for a gold Cinderella pin.** Just show your receipt at the registration table showing you purchased two Main Entrance Passes.
