Princess Premieres Tomorrow June 27, 2003

Announcing the “Princess Premiere” Pin Releases of Summer 2003! By royal command, new open edition “Princess Premiere” pins will be released this summer at the Walt Disney World Resort! It is further decreed that each release will be celebrated with the Disney Princesses at a “Royal Release” celebration during Mickey’s Pin Trading Nights at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. 7:00-10:00pm on the 4th Floor Concourse. We will have the new princess pin(s) up as soon as available tomorrow!!

These are the behind the scenes people who make sure mass quantities of pins (and yeah other Disney stuff) get to guests as smoothly as possible. I don't know what they're doing with this pin, whether it's awarded or automatic for everyone in that division. I'm just glad my friend wanted his Pin Pal to have it instead of throwing it in his sock drawer or selling it to someone!! Individually numbered LE of 250. See it in person.... Mickey's All-American Pin Festival at the Disneyland® Resort ~ Tomorrow's Pin Release ~

Release Date: June 26, 2003 Premiere Shop, Disneyland Park Winnie the Pooh LE 2000 Retail $10.50

Wristbands will be distributed entitling bearers to the opportunity to purchase limited edition pins released in association with Mickey's All-American Pin Festival. Wristband distribution will begin one hour prior to park opening on the day of release of any limited edition pin(s) at the West Esplanade Information Booth (located near the Downtown Disney District Mickey & Friends Tram Drop-off). Wristbands will be valid for the purchase of up to TWO (2) pins at designated merchandise locations until 1:00 P.M. on the day of distribution. Wristbands are limited. At 1:00 P.M. any remaining pins will be available for purchase by all persons at designated merchandise locations. Limited Edition pins are limited to TWO (2) pins, per style, per Guest, per day. The West Esplanade Information Booth will be utilized for the remaining limited-edition pin releases associated with Mickey's All-American Pin Festival. Theme park admission required. Lost, stolen or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. Wristbands have no cash value. Restrictions apply. Subject to change without notice.

A Little More Information on the Pin Celebration at Epcot

Event Services are hoping to mail out the RSPs early in July. If a pin is "Event Guest Exclusive", it will NOT be offered to the Public on Public Day Sunday. All.....each and every item... will be done through the RSP for Event Exclusive Guests. NO lines... Disney will be offering accommodations at Port Orleans for $109.16 per night, taxes included. I personally called the Disney Club for info, and with a Disney Club, a room at an All Star Resort is $69.00 per night, taxes included.

WDW Annual Passholders: You have been selected as a test pilot for Mission: SPACE August 1 through August 3, 2003

Please report during regular Epcot operating hours and preview the launch before it officially opens. Annual and Premium Passholders will be requested to present your valid Passes to gain clearance at the Mission: SPACE entrance. Your assignment as Pilot, Engineer, Navigator or Commander will follow your preflight briefing from CapCom. 5000 Passholder Mission: SPACE pins will be dispensed at Pin Central, MouseGear and Mission: SPACE at the price of $10.50.

Mickey's Superstar Trading Team at Disney's Contemporary Resort Friday July 18, 2003 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Whether you're a veteran Disney pin trader or you've just started your pin collection, you're a player on Mickey's Super Star Trading Team! Are you one of our Rising Stars, new to pin trading? Then you will have the opportunity to trade for a free pin! Or maybe you're a Super Star, an experienced pin trader?we'll have a special trading board created just for you! Bring along the Stars of Tomorrow (kids ages 6-14), for Kid's Zone trading, activities, balloons and games! The special edition Event Logo Pin will also be available at this event, however it will not be available again until Mickey's next Superstar Trading Team event!! The Magic Behind Our Steam Trains Tour

The Magic Behind Our Steam Trains, a Magic Kingdom park tour, explores Walt Disney’s passion for steam trains, while giving Guests the opportunity to join the opening crew as they prepare for the daily railroad operation at the MAGIC KINGDOM. The tour highlight is the train trip back to the roundhouse with an up-close and personal look at one or more of our locomotives, but the experience is also rich in history about Walt Disney's lifelong fascination with steam trains, how WDW acquired their four old locomotives, and the operating procedures they follow to serve the annual ridership of over 3 million. As a souvenir, guests get an actual spike from the railroad. This tour has been at WDW since October 1999. It is offered Monday, Thursday and Saturdays at the MK turnstiles at 7:30 am and ends approximately 9:30 am. The pin above is NOT yet avialable...and no specific date of release is known at this time for Tour Guests...so stay tuned!!!

...and do you have a good eye for noses?? Chip has the Chocolate Chip nose, and in the Rescue Rangers, Chip wears the hat. So in these pins.. Chip has Dale's nose and Dale has Chip's nose!!
